If you are linking your mobile number with Aadhaar for the first time,then you need to go to aadhaar center

Visit the nearest Aadhaar centre to get the Aadhar Update/Correction Form or download it from the UIDAI website.
Fill the offline form and submit it to the authority at the centre and tick mark only mobile number is to be updated.
While submitting the update form, along with photocopy of your Aadhaar card you also need to provide photocopy of an proof of identity document such as
PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID card
After the form submission, your fingerprints will be verified at the aadhaar enrolment centre.
Afterverification, you will recieve acknowledgement slip.
Usually it takes 10 days to update the aadhaar details
