distributors and banks accept request for sending across the counter and provide an acknowledgement. Oil marketing companies and banks also send a SMS on successful linking of Aadhaar card on mobile number which you have registered. Insists on getting an acknowledgement from distributor banks for receipt.
2)How can I be sure that my Aadhaar linkage has been completed in my lpg and banks account to get my lpg subsidy?
Option 1:check your Aadhaar linkage through the “check aadhar status” to on transparency portals of OMCs. These are www.indane.co.in by I’ll, www.ebharatgas.com by Bill and www.hindustanpetroleum.com by her. You can check your Aadhaar linking with both your lpg distributors and banks in above websites. You can also check with Aadhaar number is linked to your Lpg consumer number.

Options 3: use mobile applications called “Aadhaar status” in Google playstore. This application provide details of Aadhaar seeding in both lpg and banks account.
Options 4 : send SMS *99# from mtnl and Bsnl mobile users, which will, on tell you to enter your Aadhaar number, return the bank linkage status (this facility provides only banks linkage status)
